Use of the service

AquaBreederOps provides software tools for aquarium breeder operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for how you use operational, financial, breeding, maintenance, and automation information from the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials in a way that compromises account security.

Beta service

During beta, features may change, be added, or be removed. Availability and performance may vary while the product is being prepared for full public release.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. Subscription management and payment processing may be provided through a third-party payment provider.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the breeder-operation data you upload or create. AquaBreederOps may process that data as necessary to provide the service.

Automation disclaimer

Automation features are operational tools and should not replace appropriate monitoring, maintenance, animal-care judgment, or fail-safe equipment. Users remain responsible for reviewing automation settings and protecting livestock and property.

Limitation of service

The service is provided as software for operational assistance. It is not veterinary, financial, tax, or legal advice.
